I Gotta Go! - Sketch

 INT - MORNING- OFFICE

LADY is walking through the office on her way to the toilet. She is stopped by a COWORKER.

COWORKER

Hiya, quick question-

LADY

Ok, but like really quickly I am desperate for the loo.

COWORKER

 Can you take this to the copier, please?

Lady grabs the documents and rushes to the photocopier.

CUT TO:

INT - SAME MORNING - COPIER

Lady is putting the copied documents into a tray while doing a pee dance. Another coworker (COWORKER 2) hands her a document.

COWORKER 2

Can you photocopy this while you’re-

LADY

No.

Lady runs off hurriedly.

LADY

(Cont.)

I have to peeee.

COWORKER

Gross.

CUT TO:

INT - SAME MORNING - OUTSIDE TOILETS

Lady is standing outside the company toilets. There's a sign on the door that says ‘Cleaning in Progress’ Lady is pacing back and forth. Some time passes, and then the CLEANER pokes her head out of the door. LADY starts to walk towards the toilet door but the cleaner stops her.

CLEANER

No, I’ll be done when I’m done. The longer you stand there the longer you’ll have to wait.

Lady turns and starts walking back towards her desk crossed-legged. On her way, she bumps into her BOSS.

BOSS

There you are come on I need you in this meeting.

LADY

Just, I really need to-

BOSS

Linda’s copies can wait. Now come on hurry.

Lady is ushered into a meeting room.

CUT TO:

INT - SAME MORNING - MEETING ROOM

Lady is sitting at a table with her boss while someone (PRESENTER) is standing in front of a projector doing a presentation. Lady can't sit still

Lady tries to focus on the presentation but every sound is making the need to pee worse.

PRESENTER

(To camera)

Drip, drip, drip, drip.

Lady is sweating and crossing and uncrossing her legs. She looks over and her boss is pouring water. Lady squirms and shifts as sweat drops on the paper in front of her.

The presenter is talking but all we hear is the sound of waves rushing by.

Lady’s boss’s hand suddenly touches her shoulder she flinches.

LADY

Uh-oh.

BOSS

Are you ok?

LADY

Uh-oh.

BOSS

What do you mean?

The boss looks down at Lady he looks in shock. Lady stands up.

LADY

Sorry, but I must go.

Lady Curtsies turns on her heel to face the camera. Pauses for a second. She has a huge pee stain on her trousers. She leaves the room.
